Fearless Media is a social-first creative video agency based in Dublin. We work with ambitious brands to create engaging video content designed for modern platforms - from short-form social media campaigns to high-end brand films.

Our clients include companies across tech, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, and retail, and we specialise in producing content that performs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

As our client roster continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Content Videographer to join the team and help deliver high-quality content for our retainer clients as well as once-off projects.

The Role

This role is ideal for a videographer who enjoys working across fast-paced social content and commercial productions. You’ll be working directly with the Fearless Media team to capture content for our ongoing client campaigns.

You will be involved in pre-production, filming on location, and organising footage for post-production, ensuring our creative work runs smoothly from shoot day to edit.

Most shoots take place in Dublin, and you’ll work closely with our director, editors, and producers.

Responsibilities

  • Filming video content for Fearless Media clients across a range of industries
  • Supporting pre-production planning, including shot lists, equipment prep, and location logistics
  • Operating camera and assisting with lighting and audio setups on shoots
  • Working on location with the Fearless Media team and clients
  • Organising and managing footage after shoots to support the editing team
  • Completing light editing or rough cuts where required
  • Maintaining camera equipment and preparing gear for shoot days
  • Contributing creative ideas for social-first video content

    Requirements

  • Full clean driver’s licence
  • Access to a car for travelling to shoots
  • 1-2 years experience working as a videographer (freelance or in-house)
  • Experience operating professional camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of framing, lighting and audio fundamentals
  • Experience shooting social media content
  • Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills for managing footage and project files
  • Comfortable working on location with clients
